Screaming Frog is a technical crawling tool, not an AI visibility platform. Its relevance to the AI search shift is indirect: as AI Overviews and LLM responses increasingly draw from structured, well-linked, technically clean sites, the auditing Screaming Frog does becomes more important, not less.
Screaming Frog added an OpenAI integration that lets you run AI-generated content suggestions during a crawl, useful for bulk title tag rewrites and meta description generation.
